The small pillow cover measures approximately 18 inches by 18 inches, will comfortably stuff a standard 18 x 18 inch throw pillow or insert, or overstuffed with a 20 x 20 insert. Large pillow cover measures approximately 22 inches by 22 inches, will comfortably stuff a standard 22 x 20 inch throw pillow or insert, or overstuffed with a 24 x 24 insert. You will need a your own square throw pillow or insert, not provided.
